Where can I get a Kindy 2025 Membership Request form and how do I submit it?
The BOOSH Centre Kindy 2025 Membership Request form is available under Forms & Factsheets.
Families can email the completed form to admin@boosh.com.au, along with confirmation of their $20 yearly membership fee and $100 refundable bond ($120 total)
Forms may be submitted from Friday 8th November 2024. Forms emailed before 8th November will not be accepted and you will be asked to resubmit your form.
The membership request form must be completed and fees paid, before your application can be processed.
What is the enrolment process?
Families will be notified via email that their membership request has been processed and invited to complete the online enrolment form. Completing the enrolment process gives the family access to book casual days from 2025 onwards. Casual sessions are booked online through the My Family Lounge app and are available 2 weeks in advance.
How and when will I be notified if I have permanent sessions for my requested days?
It is expected that reenrolment for current families will be completed by the end of November. This will then allow us to begin offering permanent sessions to new families via email at the start of December 2024.
The BOOSH Centre cannot guarantee any places to the applying families. Families who indicate that they could qualify for Priority of Access will be contacted to provide any necessary information/documentation to support their claim.
Can I apply for Vacation Care?
Yes, we accept Kindy children for January 2025 Vacation Care. You must complete a permission slip for each Vacation Care period. Permission slips and the Vacation Care program will be available for parents to complete on our website towards the middle of Term 4.
